Happy New Year 2025!!!
The end of 2024 causes us to reflect on how quickly the days slip from our grasp and how each moment is important. Thank you “sew” much for your support and encouragement through the past year. We cherish the connections with you and love to be a part in the special projects you create.
As a New Year stretches out before us, we all have resolutions/promises/goals to finish projects already started. Announcing the “2nd Saturday Sew Day” beginning Jan 11, and every 2nd Saturday after. No charge, no reservations (unless it gets too cozy), come sew anytime 9-3pm. One of our team will be available for assistance and Carolyn may be convinced to share her binding tricks. We’re issuing a challenge to finish 12 projects in 2025, details at the shop. Let’s get those projects checked off your list and make it fun as well!!!
Cali & Co Sew Along
We are starting a new Sew-A-Long with Corey Yoder’s new Cali & Co collection! She has announced a new mystery using these sweet prints, sharing a new block pattern on the 3rd Saturday. Join us on the 4th Thursdays from 4-7 pm to sew-a-long with Janell. A purchase of the fat 8th bundle is the only fee, you’ll add a background fabric and we have the whole line to choose from. If you don’t already have a “Terrific Tote” you need one. We introduced these during our recent Birthday Bash. They are the perfect size to hold a project tote plus other supplies. They are also an eco-friendly choice for all your shopping. When you bring it in for Field to Fabric Quilt Co. purchases we include a free fat quarter. (If you still need one they are $5 each or FREE with $100 purchase). Now introducing the 5th Saturday promotion: Add a $5 tag and whatever you can fit in the “Terrific Tote” on that day will be 20% off. This is great timing as “Small Business Saturday,” November 30th, is that day!!! The tag will also be in effect for all the 5th Saturdays in 2025.
Shop Winfield for Holiday Gifts 
Shop at participating Winfield businesses now thru December 18th and every $25 you spend earns you an entry for the weekly drawings of $100 in Holiday Checks!! The Grand Prize drawing on Dec. 19th will be for great swag from all the participating shops. We always appreciate when you shop local for holiday gifts!
Bonnie Hunter Sew Along
Scrap Queen, Bonnie Hunter, has released the introduction for her 2024 mystery quilt. That means there is still time to join for the Sew Along at the Shop. Debbie Walker will facilitate the group meeting on Friday afternoons from 1-5pm beginning November 22nd. It’s fun to gather with friends and sew along as we enjoy the mystery. Fee is $15 and includes a discount, the use of the shop AccuQuilt system, and many other perks. Spots are limited so call now to reserve your spot.
Central Kansas Quilt Shop Hop
We’re excited to meet and greet all the visitors for the Annual Central Kansas Quilt Shop Hop “Etched in Sunlight.” We would love for you to join us as well!
Join in the fun October 3-12th 2024. 8 shops, 10 days and extended shop hours. Pictured is the quilt we designed with the 8 blocks. It’s called “Good Mornin’ Sunshine” and measures 60″ x 84″
Pick up your passport at the first shop visited, check out their Shop Hop quilt and unique shop atmosphere, take advantage of the special notion at 20% off, sign up for a gift basket, have fun with quilting friends, and repeat! (at the other 7 shops, be sure to get your passport stamped at each shop). We encourage you to collect the block kits at each shop, pick your favorite quilt and get a finishing kit as well.
