Stop by the shop on Saturday Dec. 5th, 9am-2pm to make a fun Christmas tree ornament. Kathy will help you with this paper piecing project. There is no charge for the event and supplies are provided for one ornament. Face masks and social distancing will be required to participate. Come have fun and learn a new technique.
Our staff would like to wish you a Very Blessed and Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!! We know that this year has been challenging, but please remember to connect with those people who are special to you. Please note: Field to Fabric Quilt Co. will be closed on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day so our staff may enjoy family time. The shop will close at 3pm on New Years Eve and be closed New Years Day as well. We look forward to continuing a wonderful relationship with you in 2021. The staff is always ready to assist with all aspects of your sewing and quilting projects.
New fabrics…
The FedEx and UPS guys have been bringing boxes almost daily. It’s so much fun to see what arrives,,, must be getting close to Christmas (hint, hint). This new line called “Solana,” by Robin Pickens for Moda, just arrived and is so lovely with large scale sunflowers, ladybugs, lattice work, landscape and great blenders. Inspirational panels are also part of the collection. The photo shows a mix of prints we picked for a new sample in the works, Watch for it coming soon.
Happy Thanksgiving
2020 has been full of challenges and changes as you are well aware. Even so, there is so much to be Thankful for. We are grateful for so many wonderful customers and for your friendship and support. Sewing, quilting and other fiber arts have provided “therapy” and purpose through many uncertain times. Not to mention the wonderful Christmas gifts that have been created during shut-down times. Thank you also, for the opportunity to machine quilt some of your beautiful creations.
Please note the shop will close Wednesday (Nov. 25) at 1pm, and be closed on Thanksgiving Day for family time. Doors open again Friday at 9am for Black Friday/Small Business Saturday deals. Christmas fabrics and Kits will be on SALE!!! Come see!

Keep the Cheer Here…in Winfield
Plan to shop early and Shop In Winfield for Christmas gifts. We are participating with other Winfield merchants in the “Keep the Cheer Here” program from Nov. 1 through Dec. 20, 2020. Every $25 purchase gets you entered in the drawing for $500 Chamber Bucks that can be spent like cash at the participating shops. Each shop will have a drawing from their entries as well! We have not ONE, but TWO, wonderful bundles of 14— 1 yard cuts of our favorite American Made Brand solids for our shop give-away. The winner for the first will be drawn at the end of business on Small Business Saturday, November 28th. The second winner will be drawn from all entries December 20th. Questions???
