This website uses the Privacy Suite for WordPress by Complianz to collect and record Browser and Device based Consent. For this functionality your IP address is anonymized and stored in our database. Like many site operators, we collect information that your browser sends whenever you visit our Site (“Log Data”). What we collect and store
While you visit our site, we’ll track:

Who on our team has access
Members of our team have access to the information you provide us. For example, both Administrators and Shop Managers can access:
- Order information like what was purchased, when it was purchased and where it should be sent, and
- Customer information like your name, email address, and billing and shipping information.
Our team members have access to this information to help fulfill orders, process refunds and support you.

Who Has Access to Information
If you provide personal information to Field to Fabric Quilt Co., our employees who have access based upon specific roles defined by procedural role-based access controls, use this information following appropriate procedures in handling and disclosing your information.
Field to Fabric Quilt Co. has designed its system to not store credit card numbers on our servers. Credit card numbers are submitted to a credit card authorization service. This service provides Field to Fabric Quilt Co. with credit card validation information only. We do not have access to your personal financial data.
Field to Fabric Quilt Co. may employ independent contractors to help manage data services, and such contractors may have access to data, similar to the access we give our employees. For example, we may choose to use a third-party application service to manage our customer relationship management activities, and Field to Fabric Quilt Co. may store sales account data, including personally identifiable information, with such a service provider.
